Plot: In the thrilling fourth season of « Jackie Chan Adventures, » our favorite martial artist and archaeologist, Jackie Chan, returns for another pulse-pounding adventure. This season, Jackie and his intrepid team of heroes face a new and formidable threat in the form of the Shadowkhan, ancient supernatural beings with sinister plans to conquer the world.
The season begins with the discovery of a mysterious and powerful artifact known as the « Shadowkhan Mask. » When this mask falls into the wrong hands, it grants its wearer the ability to control the enigmatic Shadowkhan, an army of shadowy warriors with incredible martial arts skills. This newfound power is seized by a new villain, Daolon Wong, a dark sorcerer with a thirst for power and domination.
With the world in peril once again, Jackie, his niece Jade, her wise Uncle, the reformed enforcer Tohru, and their gadget-genius friend, Section 13 agent Captain Black, are called into action. Together, they must race against time to locate and secure twelve magical Oni masks that hold the key to countering the Shadowkhan’s malevolent influence.
As Jackie and his team embark on a globe-trotting quest to recover these ancient masks, they face a series of challenges, confront powerful mystical creatures, and even encounter some old foes from their past adventures. Along the way, they’ll rely on Jackie’s martial arts prowess, Uncle’s mystical wisdom, Jade’s youthful enthusiasm, and Tohru’s strength to battle the growing threat of the Shadowkhan.
